Upgrade Lite to Base

Upgrades your DAQFactory Lite license to DAQFactory Base, which adds PID loop control with autotuning and raises the I/O limit from 32 to 64 channels. Your applications carry over unchanged. Base is the same program as Lite with more features enabled.
